The gap
between knowing
and being

You may already know why you struggle. Yet when life asks something of you, you find yourself responding in familiar ways. Therapy bridges the gap between understanding and change.

Areas of Focus

What We
Work Through

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction recovery, codependency, perfectionism, life transitions, and the complexities of loving someone with addiction.

01Anxiety, Chronic Stress & Feeling StuckWhen worry, self-doubt, or a pervasive sense of being stuck has become the background noise of your life.
02Trauma & PTSDWhen the past continues to live in the present — in your body, your relationships, and your sense of self.
03Attachment & Relationship WoundsPatterns of connection and disconnection that feel automatic, painful, and hard to change.
04Codependency & Losing Yourself in RelationshipsWhen caring for others has come at the cost of knowing — or trusting — yourself.
05Loving Someone with AddictionSupport for those loving someone whose relationship with substances has changed everything.
06Addiction RecoveryTherapeutic support for those in recovery — integrating insight, body, and relationship.
07High Achievement, Shame & PerfectionismWhen achievement and self-worth become entangled, and nothing ever feels like enough.

The Practice

Experiential.
Relational.
Embodied.

Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about creating enough safety, awareness, and emotional flexibility that you no longer have to rely on patterns that once felt automatic. Rather than focusing only on insight, we'll pay attention to what's happening in the room, in your relationships, and within your body.

Sessions draw from EMDR, attachment-focused psychotherapy, somatic approaches, and holistic, evidence-based modalities.
