Session Fee
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and $250. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other payment methods.
Extended Sessions
Ninety-minute extended sessions are available when clinically appropriate. They can offer more room for work that would benefit from additional time. Please reach out to discuss whether an extended session is a good fit and for current fee information.
Insurance & Superbills
Vea Psychotherapy is a private-pay practice. I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan, so you may want to ask your insurer about your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning therapy.
Sliding Scale
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who demonstrate financial need. Please reach out to discuss whether a reduced fee may be available.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are charged the full session fee, except in cases of illness or unforeseen emergencies.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Please contact me if you would like a written estimate before beginning services.
